  • We present several menu options, please select your favorite 3 entrees for groups of 30 and below. Parties over 40 guests have a choice limit of 2 entrees for efficient service. Parties over 50 guests limited to 1 choic.

    Entree choices:

    - Pollo Aldaco's - Grilled chicken breast dressed in Crema Al Chipotle and Crema al Cilantro.

    - Beef Fajita Plate - Juicy, mixed onion and bell peppers.

    - El Exclusivo - Cheese Enchilada, chicken flauta and beef quesadilla al carbon.

    - Mexican Plate - Two cheese enchiladas and crispy beef taco.

    - Flautas de Pollo - Three chicken flautas topped with guacamole, sour cream, tomato, and jack cheese.

    - Enchiladas Verdes - Two chicken enchiladas in our tangy Tomatillo sauce.

    - Chilaquiles or Migas or Machacado or Breakfast Relleno (Sat/Sunday 11am-1pm)

  • Children under 10 - $15 inclusive of sales tax and gratuity.

    Add a banquet slice of our famous Pastel Tres Leches with Churrito for $6.75 including tax and gratuity.

    - Jose Special. Two cheese enchiladas and beef fajita taco.

    40 guests minimum for buffet service.

    - Welcome station of Queso, Chips, and Salsa for 30 minutes.

    - Mixed Fajitas with colorful bell peppers and onions with rice, frijoles borrachos, guacamole, cheddar, pico de gallo, flour, and corn tortillas.

    $50.00 per person

    Add (1) Cheese enchilada in Aldaco’s TexMex gravy sauce for $3.75 per person (includes tax and gratuity).
